How California Web Traffic School Works
Enjoy the speed and convenience of attending traffic school on the web to fulfill your requirement for a defensive driving course. This 8 hour course is approved by participating county offices in the state of California and is an interactive online experience that is simple to use with no computer experience required.
You'll be guided through each chapter learning about general safe driving techniques, plus California-specific road rules and regulations including speed limits and seat belt laws.
At the end of each section you'll answer some quiz questions that provide instant feedback on your knowledge of the material covered. At the end of the course you'll take a multiple-choice final exam. The course will take you about 8 hours to complete and contains 7 chapters, each outlining a different aspect of driving safety.
Once you pass the final exam at the end of the course, we will send an official certificate of completion to you or directly to the court on your behalf depending on court requirements. Rush processing and expedited delivery options are available.

When will I get my Traffic School Certificate?
Your certificate of completion will be processed within one business day from when you complete the course online or when your workbook test is received & graded. We will send it to you or your court (depending on court requirements) via regular mail. If your due date is soon approaching, we offer FedEx mailing services for your certificate for an additional charge. You may request this option when you pay for your course.
What if I fail the final exam?
No problem. Just review the material and retake the final exam until you pass without any additional fees.
